1. Scope of Services

Lumra Agency provides digital marketing services including, but not limited to:

  • Strategy consulting

  • Website and landing page creation

  • Social media marketing

  • Paid advertising (e.g. Meta, Google Ads)

  • SEO and analytics

The exact scope of services will be defined in an individual agreement or project proposal.

2. Project Agreements

All projects start with a written agreement or offer that includes:

  • Project scope

  • Timeline

  • Pricing

  • Payment terms

By confirming the offer, the client agrees to the outlined conditions.

3. Pricing and Payment

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • All prices are quoted in CHF and are exclusive of VAT.

  • Payments must be made within 30 days of invoicing.

Late payments may result in delays or additional fees.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide all necessary content, access, and feedback in a timely manner

  • Ensure that all provided materials (e.g. images, logos) are free from third-party rights

  • Respect agreed timelines and communication channels

Delays caused by missing input may affect the project timeline.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • All final deliverables become the property of the client upon full payment

  • F. Hovind Modern Marketing retains the right to use visuals or concepts for portfolio and marketing purposes

6. Liability

We are committed to high-quality work, but we cannot guarantee specific results (e.g. rankings, leads, revenue). F. Hovind Modern Marketing is not liable for:

  • Damages caused by third-party tools or platforms

  • Lost profits or indirect damages

  • Temporary service outages or delays beyond our control

  • Photos, videos, music or any other material used for projects

7. Cancellations and Refunds

If a project is cancelled by the client after confirmation:

  • Work completed up to that point will be invoiced

  • The initial deposit is non-refundable

Exceptions can be made at our discretion.

8. Confidentiality

All project-related information will be treated as confidential by both parties unless otherwise agreed.
